14-Day Return Policy:
At Skye Jewellery, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your unworn and unused jewellery within 14 days of receiving it.
Return Requirements:
To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds & Exchanges:
Skye Jewellery does not offer cash refunds. However, you can choose between:
- Store Credit: We will issue you a store credit for the full purchase price of the returned item. This credit can be used towards any future purchase at Skye Jewellery.
- Exchange: You can exchange your item for a different piece of jewellery of equal or lesser value.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at skyejewellery@proton.me within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return request.
- Securely pack your jewellery in the original packaging to avoid damage in transit.
Important Notes:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Delivery and postage costs from your original order are non-refundable.
- Skye Jewellery is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- For any questions or concerns regarding specific items, please contact us before placing your order.
Warranty:
6-Month Warranty
We guarantee your stainless steel jewellery for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. During this period, we will replace your jewellery piece if it tarnishes.
Tarnishing Replacement Policy:
If your stainless steel jewellery tarnishes within 6 months of purchase, we will replace it with an identical piece.
Out-of-Stock Replacement:
In the unlikely event that we are unable to replace your tarnished jewellery with an identical piece, we will offer you a voucher for the original purchase price.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.
Proof of Purchase:
To validate your warranty claim, please provide a copy of your original purchase receipt.
